Five Crown Lane is home to the life blood of indie music, an independent review of promising new bands and the continued works of more accomplished artists. Whatever music we stumble onto, we immediately meet with an open ear and an opinion both good and bad. We recognize this isn’t the indie scene of 1980′s Britain, not the headbanging 90′s tour across the U.S., hell, not even a near image of indie just 5 years ago. The indie music world is constantly changing, subject to new innovation and advancement that’s as unpredictable as the next unique sound to permeate minds across the globe. We don’t claim to be know-it-all experts on rhythm, beats or lyricism; we just know what we hear and whether we like it. More than anything else, we’re just fans along for the ride.
